Miles Davis Contest
Win your own gig at the The Hague Jazz fesival!
The 5th edition of The Hague Jazz will be inspired by jazz legend Miles Davis. For that reason, we set up a Miles Davis Contest!
Upload a video of your own interpretation of you favorite Miles Davis track. This can be solo, with a band, on trumpet, guitar, sax, with your own lyrics, everything is possible. Just be as creative and original as you can.
The contest starts on March 31st and ends on June 1st 2010. At the end of this period, our jury will select the winner who gets the unique opportunity to perform his or her track live at The Hague Jazz. There will also be a few extra but also great prizes.
What can you win:
| Winner by jury: | A live gig at the The Hague Jazz festival on June 12th |
| 2nd and 3rd place: | A two day ticket for The Hague Jazz and front row tickets for the Miles Davis tribute concert of Wallace Roney with the Metropole Orchestra and conductor Maria Schneider. |
| Extra Prize: | A number of day tickets for the festival will be raffled amongst all contestants |
