Giovanca wins 3FM Serious Talent Award

Giovanca has won the highly appreciated 3FM Serious Talent Ward. In the Amsterdam Melkweg, the jury, consisting of: music maker Tijs Liemt and DJ's Eric Corton and Annemieke Schollaardt, chose the singer over the other two nominees, Bertolf and Miss Montreal. The jury praised Giovanca for her "original sound" and seeing her as a promise for the coming years. Radio 3FM supports her by frequently playing her singles on the radio.

Giovanca: "I am really pleased with this 3FM Serious Talent Award. It is an extra special award because it means a year long 3FM radio support which is very important for artists with a different sound, like me. The jury said my sound is really 'original' and that is a nice compliment!"

'Subway Silence', the debut album of Giovanca, was released last year and her single 'On My Way' was a direct hit. Giovanca's debut album 'Subway Silence' is now published abroad, including Japan and Taiwan.
