The Hague Jazz is a new festival in a legendary setting: the event takes place in the World Forum Convention Center, which for over 30 years has been like a home to the greatest jazz musicians, bringing the best jazz in the world on stage. Thanks to The Hague Jazz, the tradition continues. The 3rd edition will take place on May 23 & 24, 2008. On May 21 free concerts take place all over the historical city centre of The Hague, as a warming up to The Hague Jazz.
The warming up on May 21, 2008 will be staged at several historical sites in the centuries old city centre – from market square to favourite hang outs like popular bars - and near the beach at Scheveningen, the famous fishermen’s port next to The Hague. In 2007 the concerts at the warming up attracted many 1000’s of enthusiastic visitors. The warming up underlines the general feeling that The Hague Jazz is a “people’s jazz event”, and not a corporate marketing concept.

World Forum Convention Center and Clockround Events join forces for The Hague Jazz.
Friday Febr. 2nd an old tradition was re-established. In cooperation with THE HAGUE JAZZ the Golden Tulip BEL AIR HOTEL presented the first of a longer series of jazz-evenings in the Embassy bar in the basement of their magnificent hotel.
